Absolutely no outside alcohol at any time. This one is the law, not our preference. October weekends are our busiest days, so shelter bookings that month are weekdays or after hours only.

Sessions in the orchards.
Parking, restrooms, and full pedestrian and limited vehicle access to the orchards, the farm store, and the farmhouse environs, during normal hours or after them.
The nature trails, the ponds, and the greenhouses need permission in advance and carry an extra charge. So do farm props — the antique tractor, the animals — and larger group sessions.
Spring blossom is brief. If you want it in the frame, plan well ahead.
Email Tom to book, at least a week ahead. Texting is fine for questions, but appointments have to be made by email. tom@themeadowlarkfarm.com

Bar service
We'll pour, wherever you are.
Our estate ciders, local craft beer and wine, and homemade root beer and sparkling cider for anyone not drinking. Two ways to run it.
Cash bar — guests pay per drink
- Cider, beer, and wine
- $400.00
- Hard cider and root beer only
- $200.00
On a cash bar, guests pay per drink and you cover the difference if sales come in under the minimum.
Host bar — you buy the drink
$200.00
per 5 gallon keg · about 55 twelve-ounce pours
On a host bar you pre-purchase the drink — a minimum of one keg at $200 for five gallons, roughly 55 twelve-ounce pours.
A $100.00 non-refundable deposit books the date. About a month is ideal, though we can often be flexible. We need an hour and a half on site before your event starts.
We refuse service to anyone under 21 and card anyone who looks under 30. We will also cut off a guest whose drinking is becoming a problem for everyone else.
Disposable non-glass cups, 8–12oz, unless you arrange otherwise. A tip jar goes out as standard; say the word and it stays in.
To book a bar, email Tom at tom@themeadowlarkfarm.com and he'll send the booking form. For a group visit rather than a private hire, see group visits.
